Description of Impact
Some clients reported that they were not able to log on to Faculty or Student Link. One of our programmers noticed that the number of open seats on the summer course websites was not reporting correctly. And there were Nelnet errors, as well. The issue was determined to have been resolved around 12:20pm, after a system restart, though investigation continues.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
The cause of this incident is suspected to be a change made this morning ( CHG048359), but more investigation is continuing.
