Description of Impact

BU websites were loading more slowly that usual, including kuali-research.bu.edu

Incident Description and Resolution

Network Operations diverted network traffic, which returned website speed levels back to normal parameters.

The cause of this incident is still under investigation.

IS&T teams are continuing to test and InfoSec is researching Palo Alto logs. Next Update: 09:15pm.

Some BU websites are slow to load, such as bu.edu/tech and bu.edu/research. Some applications like Kuali are also slow to load.
