Description of Impact

Multiple buildings were without network service due to a power outage caused by electrical work in the area. Buildings affected were: 1, 1A, 14 Buswell, 25, 27 Aberdeen, 455, 457 Park Drive, 46 Mountfort, 820, 824, 853, 855, 867, 875 Beacon Street.

Incident Description and Resolution

After power was restored by Eversource, network connectivity (wired and wireless) was confirmed to be operating as expected.

The cause of this incident was determined to be related to Eversource utility work. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.
