Resolved – Invalid certificate message with Firefox and BUworks on Windows PCs

Description of Impact

Some Windows computers trying to access BUworks with Firefox were seeing an invalid certificate message is appearing. Full service has been restored.

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.

Additional Information

The current work-around is to use Internet Explorer.
