Description of Impact

There was an issue with Quest AppPortal where clients get an error upon logging in and were not able to access the service.

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T teams have resolved the incident. One of the servers that handles token authentication was restarted.

Additional Information

The cause of this incident was determined to be one of the servers that handles token authentication for Quest AppPortal.

Description of Impact

There is currently an issue with Quest AppPortal where clients get an error upon logging in and will not be able to access the service. Clients may still access BUworks/SAP via the WebGUI as a workaround.

Current Status

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.

Additional Information

Clients will not be able to access OnBase via Quest AppPortal, but may still access this service via the web interface.
