Services Impacted: Blackboard 8, Blackboard Learn, Blackboard Vista, BUworks (SAP), DHCP, DNS, Email – Exchange, Echo360 – Classroom Recording Service, MyPrint, Non-WordPress Sites, SharePoint, Shibboleth, VPN, Web-based access to Exchange email – Xmail, WebLogin-authenticated services, WordPress Websites
Description of Impact
Due to power issues, multiple services were unavailable.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have restored all production services.
Additional Information
IS&T teams continue to work on non-production service restoration, such as test and development systems.
