Services Impacted: BUworks (SAP)

Description of Impact

Clients using Firefox 17 may have issues using certain functions of BUworks Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) functions.

Current Status

• Until Firefox releases an update that solves the problem, Windows users should access BUworks (SAP) with Internet Explorer OR downgrade Firefox to an earlier version.
• Mac users must downgrade to Firefox 15.
