Resolved: Clients unable to access BUworks Central home tab

Description of Impact

When attempting to access BUworks Central, clients received an error stating “403 – The requested operation is forbidden for this resource. You do not have the permissions required to access this resource.” Additionally, clients may have received a message after authenticating with WebLogin that read “Weblogin complete; waiting for application” before the BUworks Central home page would be available.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

Description of Impact

When attempting to access BUworks Central, clients may receive an error stating “403 – The requested operation is forbidden for this resource. You do not have the permissions required to access this resource.” Clients that receive the 403 error should still have access to other functions of SAP, such as Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, etc, via the tabs for those functions.

Current Status

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.

Clients may receive a message stating “Weblogin complete; waiting for application” before receiving the 403 error.
