Description of Impact
Some clients with mobile devices that access Exchange using ActiveSync, such as iPhone or Android phones, were unable to receive or send email or view contacts and calendar appointments.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
One of four nodes was unavailable and needed to be restarted.

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.
Additional Information
IS&T teams have confirmed that BlackBerry devices are not affected.
