Description of Impact
Services impacted Thin clients, terminal servers and associated databases were unavailable.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
The database server was down and IS & T teams restarted it.

Description of Impact
Thin Client computers, such as those at the BU Common @ Mugar, are currently unavailable, as are Terminal Services.
Current Status
IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.

IS&T team are also identifying if any additional services are impacted and will post them here as they become known.
