Playback of Echo360 recordings is restored. A workaround has been determined for a remaining issue impacting departmental admins.
The vendor is performing an in-depth analysis to resolve this issue, and IS&T staff continue to work with the vendor.

Some recordings are now listed in the ESS administrative GUI. IS&T teams continue to work with the vendor to resolve this issue.

ESS (the GUI used by departmental administrators) does not currently list recordings. If a URL to a recording is known, the recording will play back. Departmental administrators can schedule recordings via ESS or start recordings directly on their appliances. Any recordings created during this incident will be published after its resolution.
IS&T teams are working with the service vendor to resolve this issue.

Due to maintenance scheduled from 5:00am-6:30am, the Echo360 Classroom Recording Service is still currently unavailable.
