ITIL Book Club
Wednesday, June 23rd, 2010
ITIL is a best practices framework currently being implemented within Information Services & Technology. To encourage a broader understanding of this framework and to foster networking opportunities throughout Boston University, Information Services & Technology is sponsoring an ITIL Book Club. The book we’ve selected to read is Foundations of IT Service Management by Brady Orand. The Club will meet once a month starting in July 2010 and running until December of 2010 to discuss the selections from the book.
If you would like to sign up for one of the groups, please select your preferred time here. As space is limited, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your preferred time slot, though we will attempt to accommodate everyone who is interested.
