Temporary Terrier Convenience Points Unavailability – Scheduled Maintenance

Attention: Terrier Convenience Point Users

We would like to inform you that a scheduled maintenance activity is planned for this weekend to enhance our system and ensure a better user experience. As a result, there will be a temporary unavailability of Terrier Convenience Points during the maintenance period.

Maintenance Details:

  • Start Time: Saturday, 5/20, 11:45 p.m. (ET)
  • Expected End Time: Sunday, 5/21, 3:00 p.m. (ET)

During this maintenance window, the following services will be affected:

  • Laundry services
  • Vending machine transactions
  • MyPrint job payments

Please note that point purchases will be temporarily disabled during this period.
