Description of Impact
No one was able to log into Medhub (https://bu.medhub.com) using SSO.
Incident Description and Resolution
The Educational Technology team resolved the issue in collaboration with the Medhub vendor.

The cause of this incident is still under investigation.

Another university is having the same issue at the same time, so the problem appears to be on the vendor’s side.
