Resolved: Medhub is down

Incident Discovery Time: 03:49am on 10/03/2025 Time of Resolution: 04:59pm on 10/03/2025 Services Impacted: Medhub

No one was able to log into Medhub (https://bu.medhub.com) using SSO.

The Educational Technology team resolved the issue in collaboration with the Medhub vendor.

The cause of this incident is still under investigation. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.

People are unable to log into Medhub through SSO.

The Educational Technology team is working with the vendor on this.
