Description of Impact
Updates in Blackboard, pertaining to course creations, add/drops into course sites, and creation of new Blackboard accounts was delayed as a result of a sync issue between Campus Solutions and Blackboard.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident. All data updates made since 2am will be processed by 6pm this evening.
