RESOLVED: Multiple Incoming Exchange Students Experiencing School Registration Errors

Description of Impact

We received reports from multiple incoming exchange students for the fall semester regarding errors during Business School course registration on the MyBU portal. They are able to add courses to their shopping cart but encounter errors when attempting to enroll.

Incident Description and Resolution

Some non-degree students were temporarily unable to register for classes between 9AM and 9:30AM due to missing enrollment appointments. This issue has now been corrected. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.
