We encountered the following error on our WordPress sites: Error Message:

– Error establishing a database connection

– 502 Bad Gateway.

Impact: This affected multiple BU sites.

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T teams have successfully resolved the incident. All impacted BU-affected sites/services are now fully restored.
