Description of Impact

Reports within Blue (Course Evaluation tool) were unavailable for some clients for Fall 2024 course evaluations.

Incident Description and Resolution

The reporting issue with Blue has been corrected and the remaining individual course reports will be generated and sent out over the next few days. You will receive an email from Blue when the report is ready for viewing, if you have not already received it.

Description of Impact

Over intersession, our Blue instance was upgraded to version 9.2.5. The system was offline during the upgrade. Reports should be working normally now that we are back online, but there have been several issues post-upgrade, including reports. Currently working with the vendor to address these issues.

Current Status

IS&T Teams are currently working with the Vendor (Explorance) to make some adjustments. Not all reports were built. Once work is completed, the reports will be created.
