Description of Impact
Certain outgoing mail messages were failing to deliver to email addresses outside of BU. Clients encountering these bouncebacks received an error regarding BU’s DMARC record.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
Previous messages that resulted in bouncebacks can now be re-sent.

Description of Impact
Certain outgoing mail messages are failing to deliver to email addresses outside of BU. Clients encountering these bouncebacks will typically see an error regarding BU’s DMARC record.
Current Status
IS&T teams have identified the cause of the incident, and are working on implementing a fix.
Additional Information
Subsequent re-sends to the same email recipients will continue to bounceback until this error is corrected. Please do not attempt to resend to these recipients until this article is marked as resolved.
