Huron applications IACUC, AOPS, and COI are down. Users are unable to log in and are getting error messages that accounts are disabled.

Incident Description and Resolution

The import is 100% complete! out of the 62036 rows processed, 61683 were successful, and there were 353 failures. Huron uploaded the feedback file to this case for review to figure out the root cause of the issue.
