Description of Impact
The current P1 event is just related to Wi-Fi and was resolved at 6:49:25am. We had a couple hundred of the 4682 AP’s that completed their upgrade about 15 minutes later but due to overlapping signal coverage for the most part Wi-FI service was back at 6:49 am.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
The cause of this incident was determined to be an update to the wireless access point.
