Description of Impact
Faculty / Staff notifications for daily symptom attestations and badges were not delivering to Faculty / Staff email inboxes.
Incident Description and Resolution
The vendor has resolved the issue. Faculty and Staff who have completed their daily attestation should now receive their badge.
Additional Information
The cause of this incident was determined to be a certificate change made by the vendor.
