Description of Impact

The I-9 portal on the business link was down.

Current Status

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.

Additional Information

Systems Administration believes the problem was caused by a transition in ADFS certificates. BU sent the I-9 vendor a new certificate this morning.
