Description of Impact

There were client reports of intermittent internet issues across campus, for both wired, and wireless clients. Impacted clients reported disconnects during use.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

Additional Information

The cause of this incident was determined to be a peering location in New York that had a fiber cut; traffic has now been rerouted, and normal internet service has resumed.
