Description of Impact
BU VPN services were experiencing connection issues and slow response times. Full service has been restored.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
The cause of this incident was determined to be tied to a service outage with Verizon. Part of the Internet traffic to BU’s campus was coming through Verizon. That connection was bypassed to restore services.
