Description of Impact
Zoom cloud recordings are now being completed with average processing times. The vendor will continue to monitor their systems during this higher-than-average volume. Boston University will also monitor performance reports.

The vendor resolved the issues causing longer than average cloud recording processing delays.

Description of Impact
Cloud recording processing is now closer to expected completion times. There are some recordings from this week still in the queue, but those recordings are on track to be completed by the end of this weekend.
Current Status
The vendor continues to work on expediting the cloud recordings while experiencing higher than normal demands.
Next Update: Monday, March 23rd or earlier if the event ends.
