Description of Impact

Access to some online BU resources as well as some non-BU online resources from both on and off-campus was intermittent. Full service has been restored.

Description of Impact

The issues reported earlier this morning had resurfaced and resolved again so we continue to monitor the situation in order to get to the root cause – Access to some online BU resources as well as some non-BU online resources from both on and off-campus is intermittent.

Current Status

Services appear to be functioning currently, but IS&T teams (Networking, Applications and Information Security) continue to work on the issue.

Wireless Internet connections to 802.1x were intermittently unavailable as well as access to some online BU resources from both on and off-campus.

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T teams have resolved the incident. Internet connectivity, as well as BU.edu and associated Boston University websites, are now responding properly.
