Description of Impact

Weblogin/Kerberos was intermittently taking longer than expected to authenticate. Clients who attempted to access BU resources which require authentication encountered delays prior to accessing services.

Description of Impact

Weblogin/Kerberos are currently experiencing intermittent degraded service which may result in longer than normal load times authenticating to BU resources; however, the authentication will process after a delay. Clients experiencing this issue may find that a private/incognito browser window will allow for faster authentication.

Current Status

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.
