Description of Impact

The IT Help Center had received multiple reports of no wireless access at Warren Towers and 515 Park Street (South Campus). Full service has been restored.

IS&T Networking has resolved the incident.

Additional Information

The cause of this incident was determined to be a temporary interface between two distribution routers that became over utilized. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.
