IS&T teams have resolved the incident.Additional Information

Wireless (802.1x) issues have been reported at various locations on the Charles River Campus.Current Status
IS&T teams have identified the cause of the issue and are working on a resolution.
For some people, forgetting and re-adding the wireless network (802.1x) has resolved the issue. There are instructions online for adding 802.1x, for a number of devices at https://www.bu.edu/tech/services/infrastructure/networks/wireless/8021x/ For others, restarting their devices and then re-adding the wireless network (802.1x) has resolved the issue.
If forgetting the network (802.1x) and re-adding it doesn’t resolve the issue for you, please try restarting your device and then attempt to obtain a wireless connection again.
