Resolved – Service Impacting Incident: Mainframe needs to be restarted affecting a number of services

An issue with the mainframe required a restart. Various services were temporarily affected, including Kuali Coeus OBase, Business Intelligence, Degree Advice, HOD and INSPIR (used by BUMC). All services have been restored….
