Description of Impact
Telephone service was unavailable on the north side of Commonwealth Ave from Marsh Chapel to the BU Bridge, including Marsh Chapel, Theology, Law, Mugar Library, the GSU, and BU Academy
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident with vendor assistance.
Additional Information
The cause of this incident was determined to be failed hardware.

Description of Impact
Telephone service is currently unavailable on the north side of Commonwealth Ave from Marsh Chapel to the BU Bridge, including Marsh Chapel, Theology, Law, Mugar Library, the GSU, and BU Academy.
Current Status
IS&T teams have identified the cause of the incident and the vendor has been contacted to address the issue.
Additional Information
The issue isn’t as widespread as initially reported. The Admissions Reception Center, the Castle, CAS, and the School of Social Work are not affected.
