Description of Impact
Some people were reporting that API error messages are appearing within MyMedia (https://mymedia.bu.edu/). Additionally there were some degradation in transcoding and uploading being reported. Full service has been restored.Incident Description and Resolution

Description of Impact
Some people have been reporting that API error messages are appearing within MyMedia (https://mymedia.bu.edu/). Additionally there is some degradation in transcoding and uploading being reported.
Current Status
- New Playback: Full service restored.
- Upload Service: Degraded performance. Slower than normal upload times.
- Transcoding Service: Degraded performance. Videos are taking longer than normal to process.
- API and Upload errors: Full service restored.
- Captioning Service: Degraded performance. Delays up to 10 hours possible.
