Description of Impact

A scheduled change disabled RC4 encryption for Active Directory. This caused users to fail authentication for some services reliant on AD (Mugar virtual machines, PowerShell, etc.).

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T rolled back CHG2010152 which reenabled RC4 encryption. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.
