Description of Impact

Images, custom style sheets, and Gravity Forms file uploads were unavailable on www.bu.edu websites. Clients visiting www.bu.edu websites encountered improperly formatted pages, and missing images as a result.

Images, custom style sheets, and Gravity Forms file uploads are currently unavailable on www.bu.edu websites. Clients visiting www.bu.edu websites may notice improperly formatted pages, and missing images as a result.

Current Status

IS&T has identified the issue and has addressed most of the high profile websites impacted. A pending update should address all remaining sites still experiencing issues.

Current Status

IS&T has identified the issue causing elements to not load as expected, and is correcting them now. All sites will be fixed individually, so clients may see images/elements load properly on some pages, while other pages still experience issues. All websites will be addressed.

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.

Additional Information

There is no workaround for this issue. This issue does not appear to impact websites hosted via www.bumc.bu.edu or sites.bu.edu.
