Description of Impact

Some students are receiving a task in MyBU to submit their diploma information, but then are getting SQL errors when they attempt to do so.

Current Status

The SIS Functional team is resolving each ticket on an individual basis for now, so please write to ithelp@bu.edu if you are experiencing this issue. The team will be implementing an enhancement shortly to fix the problem. Next Update: upon resolution
