Description of Impact

There was a degradation in underlying integration services for BU. This resulted in delayed data loads for system across campus including Admissions, Emergency Notifications, document management, and PowerBI.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

Data is now processing through integrations as expected.

Description of Impact

There is currently a degradation in underlying integration services for BU. This will result in delayed data loads for system across campus including Admissions, Emergency Notifications, document management, and PowerBI. While all of these platforms are still available, this incident will impact any data changes that need to be made to these platforms during this time.

Current Status

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.

Additional Information

Emergency Notifications are working; the impact is for anyone added or removed today to the lists. Those changes will take place once service is fully restored.
