Description of Impact
Qualtrics is experiencing a service disruption this morning that is preventing clients from logging into the Qualtrics portal for purposes of building surveys, distributing surveys, and reviewing collected data. Clients encounter the error message ‘no healthy upstream’.

Additional Information
There are no current workarounds for this issue. Existing/deployed surveys should continue to collect data normally.
