Description of Impact
Graduate and Undergraduate transfer applicant portals are now available with all associated applicant documents. Prior to the vendor’s maintenance this morning, only documents uploaded since the afternoon of 2/15/22 were available for viewing.

Description of Impact
Graduate and Undergraduate transfer applicant portals remain available, however, with the caveat of existing applications (previous to 02/15/22) not displaying documents associated with the application. New applications (from the afternoon of 02/15/22 or later) from both Graduate and Undergraduate transfer applicants are available.
Current Status
The vendor plans on implementing another fix, this Sunday, February 20th, between 07:00am – 12:00pm EST. During this window, all Graduate and Undergraduate transfer applicant portals will be unavailable. We will provide an update on Sunday after the vendor’s work is complete as to the current status.

Current Status
The maintenance performed this morning by the vendor has not resolved the outage. The vendor continues to investigate a fix for this incident.

Graduate and Undergraduate transfer applicant portals remain available, however, with the caveat of existing applications (previous to 02/15/22) not displaying documents associated with the application. New applications (from the afternoon of 02/15/22 or later) from both Graduate and Undergraduate transfer applicants are available.
Current Status
All applicant portals will be unavailable tomorrow morning (02/17/22) from approximately 04:00am EST to 07:00am EST as the vendor implements a fix for this issue.

Description of Impact
All Graduate Applicant portals are currently unavailable. This impacts both new applicants and existing applicants trying to make deposits. Also, recommenders cannot access the Recommender Portal (Letters by Liaison). Additionally, this impacts the Undergraduate transfer applications.
Current Status
Per Liaison, the applicant portals and gateways and Letters by Liaison are back up and running. Application PDFs are available for download in WebAdMIT.
