Emails sent to Office 365 email accounts with email forwarding turned on were being rejected. Service has been restored and forwarding is now working.

Description of Impact
Emails sent to Office 365 email accounts with email forwarding turned on are being rejected. This only affects the forwarding emails and not accounts that do not have forwarding enabled.
Current Status
IS&T teams have identified the cause of the incident and are working on resolving it.
Additional Information
Clients who have email forwarding can disable the feature and receive and respond to email in Office 365.
