Description of Impact

Patient Connect was intermittently unavailable. During this incident tests were still being processed. Logging in to schedule tests and/or retrieve compliance badge information were the only things affected. Full service has been restored.

Services Impacted: Healthway Application – Patient Connect

Description of Impact

Patient Connect is intermittently unavailable. This site is used for standard medical support on campus and more recently, the portal by which students schedule their COVID-19 tests, perform daily health surveys and access their compliance badge (required to access many buildings in BU).

Current Status

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.
