Description of Impact
MyMedia (Kaltura) was unavailable due to a service disruption across its services. Clients attempting to access https://mymedia.bu.edu or videos integrated through Blackboard Learn course sites were unable to do so.
Incident Description and Resolution
The vendor has confirmed that the issue causing the disruption across their platform has been resolved. IS&T has confirmed that both https://mymedia.bu.edu and videos within Blackboard course sites are appearing and playing as expected.

MyMedia (Kaltura) is experiencing a service disruption across its services. Clients attempting to access https://mymedia.bu.edu will experience a time out in their browser. Videos integrated through Blackboard Learn course sites through MyMedia are also unavailable.
Current Status
The vendor is currently investigating the issue. IS&T will continue to monitor their progress.
