Description of Impact
Campus phones were not able to call off-campus.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
The cause of this incident has not yet been determined. Verizon is still reporting nationwide issues (https://downdetector.com/status/verizon/map/), but from our testing, it appears that the BU phones are working correctly again.

Description of Impact
Telephone service is degraded when calling off-campus.
Current Status
IS&T teams are working with Aqueduct and Cisco right now to resolve the problem, which is not limited to BU.
Additional Information
At this point calls to off-campus phone numbers do connect, but they can take 2 minutes to do so. Our testers report that there is dead air for 2 minutes, then the phone rings and connects.

IS&T teams are continuing to investigate. Verizon and Aqueduct are being consulted and traffic logs are being investigated.
