Description of Impact

Cisco phone system was not allowing agents to log into Finesse. No agents that use Finesse could log into phones. Full service has been restored.

IS&T teams worked with the vendor to resolve the incident.

Additional Information

The cause of this incident was determined to be user error at the vendor, Aquaduct. Or access to the servers was blocked in error causing the access issue. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.
