DataMotion secure mail service was unavailable. Full service has been restored.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

Additional Information

The cause of this incident was determined to be a DNS change by the vendor. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.

Current Status

DataMotion service is beginning to come back online for some clients.

The vendor made a DNS change and it will take time to propagate out and restore services. Next Update: This post will be updated when the issue has been resolved.
