IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
The cause of this incident was determined to be a DNS change by the vendor.

Current Status
DataMotion service is beginning to come back online for some clients.
Additional Information
The vendor made a DNS change and it will take time to propagate out and restore services.
