Some clients were receiving an error message when attempting to access Google Docs.

The vendor has resolved the incident.

There was a systemic issue with Google’s infrastructure that impacted access to Google Docs across all services, including consumer Gmail and Google Apps for Education accounts. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.
