Issues with network file storage were reported at multiple locations across the BUMC and CRC campuses. Full service has been restored.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

Additional Information

The cause of this incident is under investigation. If you have not been accessing network storage over the last few days you may need to log out and back into your computer, or possibly restart your computer in order to reconnect to a shared drive. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.

The temporary solution implemented by IS&T has been holding steady since yesterday. IS&T teams continue to monitor the situation as well as work with the vendor on a permanent solution.

If you have not been accessing network storage over the last few days you may need to log out and back into your computer, or possibly restart your computer in order to reconnect to a shared drive.
