Myprint web portal ( www.bu.edu/mprint ) is unavailable for processing print jobs submitted through the portal.

Current Status
IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.

The workaround is for students to install the drivers from https://www.bu.edu/tech/services/cccs/printing/myprint/myprint-configure/ Please remember if off campus you must use VPN.
