Description of Impact
A large number of services, including Web Login, Web apps, Bb Learn, email, websites, BUworks, phones and wireless in some areas were unavailable. After some time, most services came back online, but BUworks remained unavailable as well as wireless for some locations. Full service has been restored.Incident Description and Resolution
