Clients were reporting they were unable to complete payments via the Links.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

Additional Information

A server was rebooted to correct this issue and teams have verified that credit card payments are now going through properly. This incident was an unexpected result of a planned change that was performed on Sunday morning. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.
